DELIVERY TIME:
• Delivery time across Pakistan is 3 to 5 working days. (Depending on the destination)
• During sale periods the delivery time may be longer than normal.

DELIVERY CHARGES:
• Delivery charges are Rs. 200 Nationwide.
• Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 5,999.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
• Customers can exchange articles from ROBES within 14 days from the date of delivery.
• Customized orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
• Exact color of the product may slightly vary due to lighting, therefore products cannot be exchanged due to this reason.
• Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place only if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect and the products are unwashed and not used in any way.
NOTE: If the customer wants to exchange due to any other reasons then delivery charges and service charges will apply and customer will send the parcel back to us (for the cities except Karachi)
