RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY
In case that the product received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that each order is correctly placed to every customer. But in such conditions, we try our level best to facilitate our valued customers to exchange their product(s) purchase made from online.
Customers can return or exchange articles from ROBES Outlet or Online within 14 days from the date of delivery if:
- The product(s) is damaged, stained, defected or incomplete at the time of delivery.
- The product(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as customer had actually purchased.
The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY
If customer is unsatisfied with the size purchased, we only entertain online exchange under the following conditions:
- Customer should send us the product(s).
- Customer should pay the delivery charges for exchanged parcel.
- Customers can also exchange from the outlet if the required size of the article is available.
The product(s) should not be damaged, stained, defected or incomplete and must be intact.
Note: Customized orders include alterations and made to measure products. They can’t be refunded or exchanged. However, if you received an incorrect measurement you can send us pictorial evidence of the error in alterations and we will try to fix the issue.
We offer refund through online bank transfer. We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
