Orders & Payment

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

Order Confirmation & Dispatch
- Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or call before being processed.
- Orders not confirmed within 5–7 days may be cancelled automatically.
- Once confirmed, your parcel will be dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery typically takes 3–5 working days nationwide.
Delivery
- We use reliable third-party courier services for delivery.
- ROBES is not liable for any delays caused by courier companies.
- Delivery charges and policies are mentioned clearly on the Orders and Deliveries page.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns and exchanges are accepted only in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item delivered.
- Size exchanges are possible if the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable on defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Unboxing Video for Claims
To report a damaged, defective, or missing item, you must share an unboxing video that:
- Shows the sealed parcel before opening
- Captures the entire unboxing process without cuts
- Clearly shows the item's condition
Note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website; including product images, designs, logos, text, and graphics is the property of ROBES. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes as per your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
- If the parcel is delayed, returned, or destroyed due to unpaid customs, ROBES is not liable.
- In case of a return request for such orders, any customs or shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
