How to Place an Order

Placing an order on ROBES is simple, secure, and fast. Just follow the steps below to shop your favorite styles.

  1. Browse Our Collection

    Visit our website and explore different categories such as New Arrivals, Skirts, Tops/Shirts, Dresses, Co-ords, and more. Click on any product to view its details, images, and fabric description.

  2. Select Your Size

    Choose your preferred size from the available options. For accurate fitting, refer to the Size Chart available on every product page.

  3. Choose Quantity & Add to Cart

    Enter the quantity you wish to purchase using the box provided, then click “Add to Cart”. Want to order immediately? Click “Buy Now” to skip to checkout directly (Step 6).

  4. Review Your Cart

    Click the Cart icon (top-right corner) to review your selected items. Make sure everything is correct: sizes, quantities, and products.

  5. Proceed to Checkout

    Once ready, click on “Check Out” to begin the order process.

  6. Enter Your Contact & Delivery Details

    Note: Double-check your details to avoid delivery delays.

    Select Payment Method

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)
    • Debit/Credit Card
    • Online Bank Transfer

  7. Complete Your Order

    • Click on “Complete Order” to finalize your purchase.
    • You’ll receive an order confirmation message on screen and via email.

  8. Confirm Your Order via WhatsApp/Call

    • After placing the order, you will receive a WhatsApp message for confirmation.
    • If WhatsApp number is not provided, our representative will call you to confirm your order.
    • Orders are only processed after confirmation.
    • If we don’t receive a response within 5–7 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
    • Once confirmed, your parcel will be dispatched. Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
