Eligibility for Refund
A refund is applicable only in the following situations:
- You received a defective, damaged, or wrong item.
- You inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- You provide a clear unboxing video that:
- Shows the sealed parcel before opening.
- Covers the entire unboxing in one take (no cuts/edits).
- Clearly displays the issue (defect or wrong item).
Note: Refunds will not be processed without the required unboxing video or if it’s submitted after the next day of delivery.
Refund Process
- Upon verification of your claim, we’ll arrange pickup via courier at no additional cost.
- Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
