Returned Policy
Returned for Exchange (Size or Product)
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Delivery charges for both sides (sending and receiving) will be paid by the customer.
- Exchange is subject to product/size availability.
- To request an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp: +92 300 2243979 with your Order Number.
Returned for Refund (Defective or Wrong Item Only)
- Refunds are only applicable if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- A clear unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and product condition is required.
- This video must be shared with us no later than the next day after delivery.
- We will arrange pickup via courier at no cost to you.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
Prefer an exchange instead of a refund?
- You can request to receive a new piece of the same article or choose any other item in exchange.
- In such cases, delivery charges will be covered by ROBES.
Note: Claims without an unboxing video or delayed video submission will not be accepted.

- Customized or altered products
- Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery

Order Cancellation Policy
- ROBES does not offer refunds or money-back guarantees for cancelled orders.
- If you’ve placed an order using a Debit/Credit Card, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Instead of a refund, the paid amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value.
- The coupon can be used for any future purchase from ROBES within 60 days.
- After 24 hours or once the order is dispatched, no cancellation requests will be accepted.
