At ROBES, we are proud to offer international shipping so our global customers can enjoy our modest fashion collections. Please read the following terms carefully before placing an international order.

Shipping & Delivery Time
- We ship worldwide through reliable courier partners.
- Standard delivery time is 7–9 working days, depending on the country, courier efficiency, and customs clearance process.
- Delays during holidays or peak seasons are possible.

Shipping Charges
- International shipping charges are based on destination and parcel weight.
- Final shipping cost is visible at checkout after entering your delivery details.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes based on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
- ROBES is not liable for any customs-related delays, refusals, or destruction of parcels.
- In case of a return due to unpaid customs, all customs duties and shipping costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.

Payment Methods
- All international orders must be prepaid.
- We accept: Debit/Credit Card (Visa/MasterCard), Online Bank Transfer.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available internationally.
- For bank transfers, share your payment receipt and order number on WhatsApp for confirmation.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Exchanges (Size or Product Change):
- Customers can request a size exchange or switch to another article.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Delivery charges (both ways) for exchanges must be paid by the customer.
- Exchange is subject to stock availability.
- To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp.

Refunds (Defective or Incorrect Item Only):
- Refunds are only issued if the received item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You must provide a clear unboxing video (from sealed package to full opening) within 24 hours of delivery.
- Upon approval and return inspection, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
Note: A 10% processing fee will be deducted from all approved refund amounts to cover transaction and handling costs. Claims without unboxing videos or those submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

Tracking Your Order
- You’ll receive a tracking link and number via WhatsApp or email once your parcel is dispatched.
- Track your parcel directly on the courier’s official website or app.
