How to Place an Order

How can I place an order on ROBES?

Visit www.robespk.com, select your desired item, choose size and quantity, then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" to proceed to checkout.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows for easier tracking and faster checkout in the future.

How do I confirm my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or call. Orders are only dispatched after confirmation. If no confirmation is received within 5–7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD), Debit/Credit Card, or Online Bank Transfer. For prepaid orders via bank transfer, kindly share the payment receipt and order number on WhatsApp.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours for COD orders and 24 hours for prepaid orders, before shipping begins. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp.

Orders and Deliveries

How long does delivery take within Pakistan?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. During sales or public holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Do you offer same-day or urgent delivery?

Yes, in Karachi, we offer urgent delivery via Bykea. Bykea charges are to be paid directly to the rider, and product payment must be made in advance via online bank transfer.

How much are the delivery charges?

Flat Rs. 200 delivery charge nationwide. Orders above Rs. 6,500 qualify for free shipping. International shipping costs vary based on the country.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and link via WhatsApp or email.

What if my parcel is delayed?

While we try to ensure on-time delivery, delays caused by courier services are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

The courier will typically attempt delivery again. If not, please contact our team so we can help coordinate with the courier service.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. Delivery time is usually 7–9 working days. Customs duties, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer.

Return & Exchange

Can I exchange a product for size or preference?

Yes. The item must be unused, with original tags and packaging, and exchange must be requested within 14 days.

Send it via any courier service to our return address and share the courier slip and order number on WhatsApp.

Customers are responsible for both sides of delivery costs.

Yes, but the new item must be of equal or higher value.

Refund Policy

Only when a product is received defective, damaged, or incorrect.

What proof is required to claim a refund?

A clear unboxing video (from sealed package to full opening) shared within 24 hours of delivery.

How will I receive my refund?

After inspection and approval, the refund is processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.

Can I choose to exchange instead of a refund?

Yes. You may request a replacement of the same item or any other product. In such cases, ROBES will pay the delivery charges.

Are refunds available on order cancellations?

No. Instead, we issue a coupon of equal value (valid for 60 days) if cancelled within the allowed time.

What if I fail to provide an unboxing video?

Unfortunately, claims without the required video proof will not be accepted.

International Orders

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through trusted courier services. Simply enter your country at checkout to confirm availability.

How long will it take to receive my international order?

International orders usually arrive within 7 to 9 working days, depending on your country’s customs process and courier speed.

How can I find out the delivery charges for my country?

The shipping fee will be calculated automatically at checkout once you enter your delivery address. You can also WhatsApp us for a quick quote at +92 300 2243979.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Yes. Customs, VAT, or any import duties are not included in your order total and must be paid by you, the customer, at the time of delivery. These are set by your local government.

Will you refund me if I don’t pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned or destroyed?

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid customs, a refund will only be issued after deducting return shipping and customs charges. If the parcel is destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

Can I return or exchange an item from my international order?

Yes, you can request an exchange for size or product if the item is unused and in its original condition. However, you will be responsible for all delivery charges (both ways).

What if I receive a defective or incorrect item? Can I get a refund?

Yes, but only under the following conditions:
▪ A clear unboxing video is provided within 24 hours of delivery.
▪ The item is returned and passes inspection.
▪ A 10% processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.

Can I choose to exchange instead of getting a refund for a defective item?

Absolutely. If you'd prefer a replacement piece or a different item instead of a refund, ROBES will cover the delivery charges in this case.
