ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

Delivery Time

• Within Pakistan:
  • Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, depending on your city or location.
  • During sale periods or high-volume days, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.
• International Orders:
  • Delivery time depends on the destination country, but typically takes 7 to 9 working days at most.

Note: To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please be available at your provided contact number and address when your parcel arrives.

Order Cancellation Policy

• You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, before it is shipped.
• For Debit/Credit Card orders, cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
• In case of prepaid cancellations, the paid amount will be converted into a coupon of equal value (valid for 60 days). Refunds are not offered.
• Once the order has been dispatched, no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.

Track Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a WhatsApp message or email with your tracking number and a tracking link.
• You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the message to stay updated on your parcel's journey.

Note: While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by courier companies.

Delivery Charges

• Within Pakistan:
  • Flat delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies nationwide.
  • Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 6,500.
• International Orders:
  • Delivery charges vary depending on the destination country.

Urgent Deliveries – Karachi Only

For urgent orders within Karachi, we can arrange same or next-day delivery via Bykea (subject to availability).

• Bykea charges will be paid directly to the rider upon delivery.
• The product charges must be paid in advance via online bank transfer before dispatch.
